A veteran who turned two decades of San Antonio real estate cycles into a client-first brokerage.

Tami Price entered real estate in 2007 and has spent the past two decades helping buyers and sellers navigate changing markets throughout Greater San Antonio. As a U.S. Air Force veteran who also grew up in a military household, she has a firsthand understanding of the uncertainty, deadlines, and major decisions that come with military moves. That experience became an important part of her work with service members relocating to and from Joint Base San Antonio.

Over the course of her career, Tami has completed more than 1,000 transactions and over $270 million in sales. She has represented clients through dramatically different real estate cycles, from the housing downturn and recovery to historically low interest rates, rapid appreciation, rising inventory, higher rates, and today's more competitive environment.

What continues to drive her is helping clients make informed decisions, especially when the right answer is not necessarily the easiest one. Tami believes clients deserve honest advice based on market data, experience, and their individual circumstances, rather than pressure to complete a transaction. That philosophy ultimately led her to establish Tami Price Properties, an independent brokerage built around experience, accountability, client protection, and straightforward guidance.

Her job, as she puts it, is to make sure clients understand what they are agreeing to, and to help them make an informed decision rather than a rushed one.
