How to Buy a Home in San Antonio Remotely During a PCS

You do not have to be in San Antonio to buy a home in San Antonio. This is the remote process Tami uses with PCS clients who are still stationed elsewhere.

The process carries the decision, not the photos

Photos show you what a house looks like. The decision comes from the floor plan, the neighborhood, the commute, the age of the systems, and the feeling of the place. Virtual walkthroughs that move slowly and answer questions are the way to get there from a distance.

Do the homework before you tour

Tami settles the area, the commute, and the comparison pricing early. When touring remotely she walks through the home as she would for any client, pointing out condition issues, layout quirks, and room sizes that do not make it into the listing.

The inspection is your eyes on the ground

A licensed inspector is the most important pair of eyes in a remote purchase. Tami joins the inspection by phone or video, and afterward clients decide with her which findings matter, what to request, and what is cosmetic.

Have a question about your situation?

Every move is different. Tell Tami where you are in the process and she will give you a direct answer based on the current market.
